My Information Report about Tigers

Tigers are the largest cats that have orange and black stripes. Tigers are the biggest of the four cats. They live in Asia. Tigers are the biggest cats. The tiger is from Asia. They can live in swamp lands or grass lands. Tigers eat medium-sized animals. Tigers eat wild buffalo, leopards, crocodiles and pythons. Tigers are orange and black. Some tigers are white and black. They have really sharp claws. Tigers are interesting big cats.

Our trip to EDEN PARK and All Blacks vs France

On Friday after school, Mum took us to Eden Park for a walk as it was a nice sunny day. Raneel and I did some passes and catches with our Rugby World Cup ball. Afterwards, we went over to the petrol station and got ice cream.

On Saturday 24th Sept, All Blacks played against France at EDEN PARK. We won 37-17! We were so proud that we won.

Riya and Rohan's Auckland holiday

On Saturday 3rd September, Riya, Rohan and Ba-Foi came for a holiday to Auckland.

We had so much fun with Riya and Rohan. We played at our Grandparents house. We danced and watched The Wiggles. Riya and Rohan also went to the zoo with Raneel and his daycare class.

On the day they left, we had a little Happy Birthday party for Riya and Rohan. Rohan's Birthday is on 14 September. Riya's Birthday is on the 18th of October.
 It was so fun because Riya and Rohan and Ba-Foi came to Auckland.

NZ vs Japan RUGBY WORLD CUP

On the 16th of September we watched the Rugby World Cup. We played against Japan. We got a massive score. All Blacks got 83 points Wow! Japan got only 7 points. Me, Dad and Raneel sang"All Blacks! All Blacks! All Blacks!"We were proud of that game NZ vs Japan.

The Rugby World Cup

Rugby World Cup is a competition where teams play rugby.

There are teams like All Blacks, Manu Samoa, Russia, Springboks, England, Namibia, Fiji, Tonga, Wales, France, Ireland, USA, Japan, Canada, Romania, Wallabies, Italy, Argentina and Georgia. 

The teams wear coloured rugby jerseys. They wear coloured T-Shirts. They wear different coloured shorts and have coloured rugby boots. 

When teams win, they get the cup for 4 years. 

The Rugby World Cup is fun to watch. By Shaan.

My Rugby World Cup Recount

Did you see the 2011 Rugby World Cup Fireworks? Well if you saw it that’s good. Me, Mum, Dad, my brother and my neighbours saw the fireworks in our backyard. “The fireworks are going past the sky tower” Mum said. Some of the fireworks were big. Some of them were medium-sized. Then we saw the game at 8:30 at night. I cheered “Go All Blacks. Go All Blacks!” New Zealand bet Tonga; 41 points for the All Blacks and only 10 points for Tonga.  We got 6 tries in the game. Tonga only got 1 try. A man who was cheering for Tonga ran up and down the stairs. “Silly man” I said. I felt proud because we got facepaint on our face and we won the first game of the Rugby World Cup 2011.

I won a trophy for soccer!!

It was my prizegiving today. I had a small tournament before prizegiving. I played 5 games of seven a side. In the first game I was a goalkeeper and after that I played in the field. I scored 3 goals! I got a certificate and the trophy for Most Improved Player for my team! I also got a special treat - A Milkybar from my coach. Thanks to Point Chev Ba & Dada, Ba-Foi, Rohan, Riya, Hu-Dada and Ba for coming to see me.

We're ready for the RUGBY WORLD CUP 2011!!

On Tuesday we put up some flags who are playing in the Rugby World Cup 2011.

Today is the opening of the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and it is here at Eden Park in Auckland near my home.

We're wearing our Pyjama pants and our All Blacks T-Shirts. Our Rugby World Cup dinner was KFC! We also made a chocolate cake for dessert.

We watched the opening ceremony on TV and then we went outside and watched the fireworks. The fireworks were different colours. I saw them with Mum, Dad, Raneel and my neighbours. I stayed up and watched the whole game. We are winning the 2011 RUGBY WORLD CUP!
