When we left home we went to NOSH at Ponsonby because Mum said she had a to do a bit of shopping, and outside was The Food Truck. I thought the Food Truck was cool. Then we went inside and I saw Michael Van De Elzen (who's the Food Truck man) - I was REALLY ecstatic! I talked to him and he signed a FOOD TRUCK COOKBOOK for us and I had a photo with him. He wrote "Happy Cooking," in the book. I told him "You and Mum make the best sushi."
I really liked my surprise and I'm looking forward to making something out of the Food Truck Cookbook and it was a surprise birthday present.

Shaan, you are super lucky! We watched The Food Truck in Singapore a few weeks ago, where he was trying to make a healthy version of KFC! I can't wait to come to Auckland and get you to make me some sushi.
